New primary school to be officially launched in Phillipi

Premier Hellen Zille and MEC Debbie Schafer will officially open the new Khanya Primary School in Phillipi.

“It is a result of great intervention from the parents of the school and the school management working together with the Western Cape government, who requested for this new site due to the growing demand in the old site and various challenges.” Spokesperson for Premier Helen Zille, Michael Mpofu said.

They will be joined by the school Principal Ms Linda Mahote and members of the broader school community.
