Dalindyebo’s DA membership terminated

The DA’s membership of King Dalindyebo will be cancelled following the Supreme Court of Appeal ruling that upheld charges of assault, arson, kidnapping and defeating the ends of the justice with a sentence of 12 year years against the King.

The DA’s Refiloe Ntsheke says, “If you are found guilty in the court of the law you cannot continue to become the member of the Democratic Alliance. The DA supports the Court whatever ruling is and that is why we want independence of the judiciary.”
