Tragic accident claims woman’s life

A woman died this morning during an accident at the Orient Crossing near Magaliesburg.

 It is understood that the woman was entrapped in the vehicle and members from the Krugersdorp fire department had to make use of specialised equipment to extract the woman’s body from the vehicle.

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said, “Paramedics found that a woman tragically lost her life during the accident, there was nothing further that could be done for the woman and she was sadly declared dead on the scene”

Exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
