Five people were injured following an incident on the R528

Five people were injured when the vehicle they were in, overturned on the R528 in George’s Valley this morning.

ER24 spokeswoman Chitra Bodasing said ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene and assessed the patients.

Bodasing said the patients were found to have sustained minor to moderate injuries.

Bodasing added that they were treated and transported to hospital for further medical care.

The exact details surrounding the cause of the incident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
