The Democratic Republic of Congo chief negotiator, Tosi Bibanda Mpanu Mpanu says there are five main areas that have been identified and will be discussed by African ministers.
The five areas include Multilaterism, Kyoto Protocol, Adaptation, Implementation and Cooperation of all the institutions from Cancun.
In addition Tosi Bibanda Mpanu Mpanu emphasised that it is important that the means for communication are sufficient to allow the group to cope with Climate Change and that they leave Durban with empty shells.
The fundamental negotiations with ministers start tomorrow as ministers from around the world meet to discuss the vital decisions to be made surrounding Climate Change. #COP 17
